Role Overview:

As a Supply Teacher with Laclear Education, you will deliver high-quality teaching across various schools, adapting quickly to new classrooms and ensuring continuity of learning for pupils in the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow lesson plans provided
• Deliver engaging lessons based on the school’s curriculum
• Support the learning needs of all pupils
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Mark work and leave feedback for returning teachers

Requirements:

• UK teaching experience (preferred)
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply through us)
• Reliable, flexible and professional
