Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our educational programs to parents and securing contracts for supplying staff to schools. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract parents and encourage student enrolment.
• Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and audience interaction.
• Execute email marketing campaigns targeting parents, schools, and other key stakeholders.
• Optimize website content and improve SEO to enhance online visibility.
• Monitor digital marketing analytics and report on performance, making recommendations for improvement.
• Identify and engage potential schools for contract opportunities to supply teaching and support staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Experience in B2B marketing and business development is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.).
